Applicants are required to submit the following information to the collection box at the school’s 

main entrance on 8-9 July: 

1. Application letter 

2. Photocopies of the applicant's report cards (P4-6) 

3. Record of participation and achievements in extra-curricular activities and services 

4. Other relevant information 

5. Parent's contact information
