Awards

Music Competitions and Awards

 

• 24 students took part in the Hong Kong Schools Music Festival.  One student obtained the gold award, 16 students obtained the silver award and 4 students the bronze award.  Among the 24 entries, two championships and one 1st runner-up were awarded.  

• The school orchestra and one student participated in the Joint School Music Competition 2023 and were awarded a gold award and a silver award respectively.

• One student participated in the Fringe Inter-School Music Competition 2023 & Greater Bay Area Gifted Music Performance Competition 2023 (Hong Kong Region) Preliminary Round.  He obtained second and the silver award in the cello solo competitions respectively.

• Two students joined the 8th Hong Kong Youth Cup International Music Contest and obtained the silver awards in the violin solo competition and the marimba solo competition respectively.
