Geography is a compulsory subject in all junior forms while being an elective offered to students in the upper forms.

What is Geography?

Geography should be more than just knowledge of where places are. It should include an understanding of why the lands, inhabitants, phenomena, and features are located where they are. In other words, Geography should be regarded as a discipline that enables students to understand the Earth from a spatial perspective. By focusing on the people-environment relationship in the specific places, geography integrates knowledge from the humanities and physical science.
